Cecil's Revampby *Woestijn

_{So since i'm not a fan of green I decided to revamp Cecil's outfit a littl-alot. She needs a little more clocky stuff going on.
Soooo I hope this will work for another 6 months.

Now here is a little random fact thing about her.

-She makes ticking noises,be it the clock on her shirt or the clock that she has as a heart-
-Her eyes are now both one colour. Hella yellow
-She's a nervous wreck and panics with the slightest problem
-I removed her arrow limbs for normal ones.
-As composition I moved a little clock in her eyes which you can't see 8D
-She's easily entertained
-She's way too emotional for her own good
-She has arms even if you can't see it.
-She carries lots of clocks around,and has a clock wagon.
-She's pretty small...like...145 cm
-Her arrows dangle a lot.
